BMR – Basal Metabolic Rate: It is the number of calories your body needs each day to maintain its vital functions at complete rest, such as breathing, pumping blood, and regulating body temperature. The greater your muscle mass, the higher your metabolic rate, and therefore the greater your ability to burn fat even at rest.
BMI – Body Mass Index: It is calculated based on the relationship between weight and height and is used to assess whether your weight falls within a healthy range. A value below 18.5 indicates underweight, 18.5–24.9 is considered ideal, 25–29.9 indicates overweight, and values above 30 indicate obesity in its various degrees.

AJBW – Adjusted Body Weight: It is used in cases of severe obesity to estimate a weight closer to the ideal when calculating nutritional requirements, helping to create accurate plans without overestimating caloric needs.
Ideal Weight: It is the weight that balances height, muscle mass, and body fat, and serves as a reference for determining an appropriate health goal.
Daily Water Requirement: It estimates the amount of water the body needs daily to maintain hydration and vital performance, and it depends on body weight and physical activity level.
